mobilztrust Vocational Training

Bookish knowledge supplemented with a skill enhancement program is best suited for the under privileged female sectors of the society. Where we have seen microfinance models working effectively among the women population, the idea to involve women in economic activities is bound to reap long term and sustainable results for them and their families. With that in mind, a vocational training program was proposed and successfully undertaken by mobilztrust that simultaneously achieves the targets of women empowerment and educational enhancement. The vocational training program is also spread over a period of 8 weeks, and to date, about 500 young girls have successfully finished their vocational training through our organization. The typical components of this training include Drafting, Cutting, Sewing, Tailoring, Stitching and Embroidery. In this program too, due to limited capacity, we induct about 16 girls every training period with no cost burden on them.
